Richard Elliott

Vice Chair, Finance

Richard Elliott traditional musician
Originally from Northern Ireland, I have a keen interest in traditional music of various kinds. I play low whistles and simple flute but my first serious instrument was an e-flat tenor horn. I joined SC&T a few years ago in a Whistle 2 Class and have been regularly attending ever since. I particularly enjoy the performance groups and the exchange visits with our Danish friends. Having recently retired form a career in education I now have time to give something back to SC&T. I am currently joint Vice Chair and serve on the Finance sub-committee. Please feel free to talk to me about any aspect of SC&T. If I don't know the answer I will know someone who does.
